• To share the values, traditions, and teachings of the Catholic Church. 
• To create and facilitate an online community of faith, family, knowledge, and service. 
• To communicate and engage with past, current, and prospective students and their families.

Social Media Protocols

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton social media pages will be public. Social media is meant to cast a wide net. Because every post will be visible to the entire internet, the utmost care and attention to detail will be exhibited by administration. 

Every image will be scrutinized for its appropriateness to be posted to the internet. 

Regarding images of students:

Identifiable images of students will only be posted if we have the expressed permission from the parents to post images to social media.

Updated media consent forms will be sent out annually, and/or when needed. 

Non Identifiable images of students can be posted at administrative discretion. 

Regarding event promotion: 

School events that students will be attending during the school day or school related field trips will not be promoted. No dates, times, or locations will be shared before this type of event. 

Events that are after school hours with students may be promoted. 

Details of events that are after school hours without students may be promoted. 

Photos of events after they happen will be posted, assuming they follow all of the above protocols. 

When posting images of student projects, we will credit the student’s first name and grade level, unless otherwise requested by their parent or teacher.

The St. Elizabeth Ann Seton social media pages will be checked daily by administrators for upkeep and code of conduct monitoring.
